Splashes - Work Begins

We are really pleased to share that works are now beginning on the new Splashes Leisure Centre, which will open next year.

The car park will now be closed until the new centre is opened next year as Willmott Dixon will shortly be moving onsite to construct the new centre. It's great to see things now moving along rapidly and we look forward to the spades (big ones) going into the ground very soon. The new centre, which was delivered by YOUR Conservative Councillors, will deliver a new state of the art leisure with: -

  • A four-lane 25-metre community pool and leisure pool
  • Wave ball pool
  • Beached kids pool, with play equipment and flume.
  • New fitness gym and weight areas
  • A cafĂ© with viewing area.

We cannot wait for the facility to open!
